Introducing Fix My Shoulder Pain

Pix of hurting shoulder

Have you ever felt shoulder pain after exercising in the gym or doing sports? Does the pain go away soon enough after using an effective pain cream like Rub On Relief? Or has it been so serious that you needed to visit the doctor?

The likelihood is many of us who do resistance training (RT) has experienced episodes of shoulder injury and pain. In fact, statistics say over 45 million Americans engage in RT regularly and RT-related injuries have gone up; in some 25% to 30% of cases, those injured needed medical attention.

Furthermore, research revealed that the shoulder complex in particular is one of the most prevalent regions of injury and accounts for about 36% of all injuries and disorders in the RT population. The US National Library of Medicine, National Institutes of Health has a report on this. In certain sports and occupations, shoulder pain cases can reach 40% or higher as well.

Just as important, shoulder injury is not just a guy thing. Ladies who undertake recreational weight training are also predisposed to mobility imbalances as a result of such training — these imbalances have been linked to shoulder disorders.

Is there a cure for shoulder pain? What can the doctor do? Can we avoid the use of painkillers and their unwelcome side effects? And say no to surgery too? This is where Fix My Shoulder Pain may have the answers…
